Subscription Plans and Pricing
GovPay (EFTPS) offers Quarterly and Annual subscription plans for federal and state tax payments. Users can select a Federal, State, or Federal + State subscription plan based on their tax payment requirements.
To select a GovPay subscription plan, follow these steps:

Navigate to GovPay (EFTPS) from the Tax1099 left navigation menu.

Click Subscription Details to view the available subscription information.

On the Subscription to GovPay (Federal & States) Plans window, select Quarterly Plans or Annual Plans.

Review the available subscription plans and their pricing.Quarterly Plans:

Federal: $39.99 per quarter.

State: $29.99 per quarter.

Federal + State: $54.98 per quarter, including the discounted State subscription add-on of $14.99 per quarter.Annual Plans:

Federal: $149.99 per year.

State: $99.99 per year.

Federal + State: $199.98 per year, including the discounted State subscription add-on of $49.99 per year.5. Select the Federal + State plan if you require both federal and state tax payment services. Alternatively, select the Federal or State plan based on your payment requirements.6. Click Subscribe Now under the required subscription plan to proceed with the subscription process.

The State Add-on is available with the Federal + State subscription plan.

The discounted State Add-on costs $14.99 per quarter or $49.99 per year, depending on the selected subscription.

All subscription plans include unlimited tax payments and support for estimated, income, and notice payments.

An additional transaction fee of $2.99 per transaction applies.

Select the State Add-on if it is required for your state filing or payment needs.
