Search Forms

The Search Forms option in the Zenwork Tax1099 Dashboard helps users quickly locate specific tax forms by applying various filter criteria. It streamlines navigation, especially when users manage a large number of filings across multiple payers and recipients. 
 
Navigate to the Tax1099 interface at Tax1099 - Manage Forms to search forms.
To search forms from dashboard, perform the following steps: 
  • Login to the Tax1099 application. 
  • On the dashboard page, select Search Forms from the Shortcuts list.
        
        The Search Forms page appears.
        
  • Select the payer from the Select Payer list. 
  • Select the tax year from the Select Tax Year list. 
  • Select the View TIN check box to view the TIN. 
  • Select the recipient name from the Search by Recipient Name list. 
  • Select the client recipient ID from the Search by Client Recipient ID list. 
  • All the forms are displayed along with the payer name, recipient name, tax ID, form name, status, submitted date,  schedule date, and actions.
