Track Mail Status
The Track Mail Status option allows you to track the status of the copy sent to the recipients through USPS.
Navigate to the Tax1099 interface at Tax1099 - Track Mail Status to track the status of the mail sent.
To track the status of the mail from dashboard, perform the following steps:

Login to the Tax1099 application.

On the dashboard page, select Track Mail Status from the
Shortcuts list. 
The Track Mail Status page appears.

Provide the reference number or the recipient tax ID in the respective boxes, and then click Get Mail Status to get the details.
