Account Settings
To make the account settings, perform the following steps:

Login to the Tax1099 application.

On the dashboard page, click the
User Profile in the top right corner of the page, and then select
Account Settings.
The Account Settings page appears. -
BOI (Available only for the Enterprise Users.)

Click Disable BOI Reporting for Master Admin check box to disable BOI reporting for master admin.

Click Disable BOI Reporting for All Member Users check box to disable BOI reporting for all the member users.

Click Save.

(Optional) Turn on the toggle to update or change in the BOI information.

Auto USPS

Under Manage Automatic USPS Routing, select the check boxes to automatically send USPS mailing in 10 days and route to USPS immediately when the consent status changes to Decline, and then click Save.

TIN Match
-
Select the Account to Enable/Disable Real Time TIN Matching check box to enable or disable the real-time TIN matching, and then click Save.

Upload Your Sales Tax Exemption Certificate

Click Choose File to browse and upload your sales tax exemption certificate, and then click Upload.
