Generating Summary
Navigate to the Tax1099 interface at https://web.tax1099.com/#/generatesummary to generate the summary.
To generate the summary, perform the following steps:
1. Login to the Tax1099 application.
2. On the dashboard page, select Generate Summary (1096/ACA) from the
Shortcuts list.


The Generate Summary page appears.

3. Select the payer from the Select Payer list.
4. Select tax year from the Select Tax Year list.
5. Select form from the Select Form list.
All the forms are displayed along with the reference number, payer name, payer tax ID, tax year, client payer ID, form name, form count, and download option.

6. (Optional) Search for the client payer ID in the Search Client Payer ID box.
7. (Optional) Click Download All PDFs to download all the PDFs.
8. (Optional) Click Download All PDFs for Payer to download all the PDFs for a selected payer.
9. (Optional) Click Download PDFs for All Payers to download the PDFs for all the payers.
10. Click the
Download icon to download and view the forms such as 1096, 1094B/C, W-3, and W-3SS.
