W9 PDF Import

The W-9 PDF Import function allows you to import your W-9s that you have received from your recipients.

Note: You can only import the W9 that has been generated from IRS interface at https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf 

Navigate to the Tax1099 interface at Tax1099 - IRS Authorized, #1 eFile Platform for All Businesses to import the W-9 received from the recipients.

To import the W9 PDF, perform the following steps:  

Login to Tax1099 application.
Click Imports from the left pane, Integrations partners page appears, and then click W9 PDF.



   The W-9 PDF Import page appears.
Click Select Files to browse and add the PDF.
Click Next.

The Payment page appears.  
Enter the Billing address and click Pay Now.

The select Payer page appears.
Select the Payer from the Select Payer List.  
Select the Recipient.
Click Next.

The W9 PDF imported successfully under the selected Payer.
