Understanding Tax1099 User Interface

This section provides the information on various User Interface (UI) elements available in Tax1099.
Upon successfully logging in to Tax1099, you are directed to the dashboard.
The following table lists the Tax1099 UI elements and their description.
UI Element
Description
The User icon displays the username and contains the options to change the password, general settings, two-factor authentication, activity logs, help and support, manage cards, and logout.
The Dashboard icon allows you to access other Zenwork applications, such as FBAR Online, EZ Extension, and EZ 2290 dashboards.
The Create New icon allows you to create new forms, payers, recipients, users, and notices.
The Calendar icon allows you to select the date range.
The Search icon allows you to search the name, Tax ID, reports, names, payers, recipients, and so on.
The Edit icon allows you to edit the required details.
The Copy icon allows you to copy the required details.
The Delete icon allows you to perform the delete operations.
The Download icon allows you to download and view the forms.
The Wallet icon allows you to add funds to your Prepay wallet.
 
The following table lists the Tax1099 color indicators and their descriptions. 
 
Color Indicators

Light blue indicates that the file is Not Submitted 
 
Gray indicates that the file is Submitted 
 
Medium green indicates that the file is accepted by the IRS  
 
Red indicates that the file is Blocked 
 
Blue indicates that the file is Resubmit 
 
Orange indicates that the file is In Queue 
 
Burgundy indicates that the file is Submitted for Review 
 
Yellow indicates that the file is Reviewed and Approved 
 
Light pink indicates that the file is Reviewed and Rejected 
 
Pale Beige indicates that the file is Resubmitted for Review 
 
Dark blue indicates that the file is Only State Submitted
