W2 Apex PDF Import
The W2 Apex PDF import allows you to import the W2 PDF created through Apex Technologies.
Navigate to the Tax1099 interface at Tax1099 - IRS Authorized, #1 eFile Platform for All Businesses to import the W2 PDF received from the recipients.
To import the W2 Apex PDF, perform the following steps:

Login to Tax1099 application.

Click Imports from the left pane, Integrations partners page appears, and then click W2 Apex PDF.The W2 Apex PDF Import page appears.
3. Upload those PDF files directly from the local, click Next.
4. Select payer in Kind of Payer and employer in Kind of Employer, click Next.The Edit Data page appears.
5. If any data was misread or needs adjustment, you can edit fields manually within the interface.6. Click Save.7. Once all records are verified, proceed to submit the W-2 forms electronically to the Social Security Administration (SSA).
