Pricing Information
The pricing in Tax1099 is designed to determine the cost of filing each form based on the volume of submissions. The system automatically adjusts the price as you reach higher tiers with more submissions. It also offers additional services, such as USPS mailing and TIN Matching, at specified rates. This pricing model provides a scalable solution for businesses of all sizes to manage their tax form filings efficiently.
Navigate to the Tax1099 interface at https://www.tax1099.com/tax-1099-efile-pricing to view the pricing information.
Following are the three types of subscriptions:
· Essential – This is the standard account, available at no cost. Users with Essential accounts can create payers, recipients, and forms and process W-8/W-9 and TIN Match. They also have access to import tools and their historical forms.
· eFile Plus – eFile Plus accounts are similar to Essential accounts but allow adding Member Users under the Main Account. Each Member User can add payers, submit forms, run TIN matches, request W-8/W-9 forms, and so on. Member Users cannot share payers or see each other's activities. The Main Account has access to all information. The subscription cost for eFile Plus is $249/year.
· Enterprise – Enterprise accounts allow adding Member Users under the Main Account, with the ability to share payers and view each other's activities. Enterprise subscriptions include Rights Management and Workflow Management, ideal for larger accounting firms, bookkeeping firms, or enterprises requiring multiple users with different levels of system access. Workflow Management permits users to set up a process within Tax1099 to review forms before submission. Enterprise accounts also have access to the Notice Management feature. The subscription cost for Enterprise is $349/year.
To view the pricing information, perform the following steps:
1. Login to the Tax1099 application.
2. From the left pane, navigate to Support.
The Help and Support page appears.
3. Click the Pricing Information tile to view the details of eFile pricing calculator, add-ons, plans, and pricing tiers for filing taxes.
