Editing Recipient
To edit a recipient, perform the following steps:
1. Login to the Tax1099 application.
2. Click Recipients from the left pane.
The Recipient Listing page appears.

3. Select the recipient you want to edit.
4. Under Action, select Edit.
5. On the Type of Request tab, select the type of request, and then click Next.

6. (Optional) On the Type of Recipient tab, select the type of recipient and click Next.

7. On the Basic Information tab, edit the required details, and then click Next.

8. On the Address Information tab, edit the information you want to edit, and then click Next.

9. (Optional) On the Optional Information tab, edit the required details, and then click Next.
The pending payment message appears on the screen.

10. Click Pay Bill Now to complete the payment process.
The confirmation dialog box appears.
11. If you have selected W-9 Request on the Type of Request tab, the confirmation dialog box appears. Click Proceed to complete the process.
12. If you have selected W-8 Request on the Type of Request tab, select the W8 form from the list, and then click Ok.
The confirmation message appears.
The selected recipient is successfully edited.
