Copy Recipient
The Copy Recipient option allows the payer/customer to easily reassign a recipient from one payer to another.
Navigate to the Tax1099 interface at Tax1099 - Copy Recipient to copy the recipient from one payer to another.
To copy the recipient from one payer to another, perform the following steps:
1. Login to the Tax1099 application.
2. From the left pane, click Recipients.
The Manage Recipient page appears.

3. Click Copy Recipient tab.
The Copy Recipients page appears.

4. Select Payer from the Select Payer List.
5. (Optional) Search Recipient by using the Search Recipient box.
6. Select the recipient(s) you want to copy to another payer.
7. Click Copy Recipient(s) to Another Payer.
The confirmation dialog box appears.

6. Click Proceed.
The Add Recipient to Another Payer dialog box appears.

7. Select the payer from the list and click Ok.
The recipient successfully copied to another payer.
